In the condition of high temperature, the pellets are reduced and molten, finally realize the separation of iron and slag, quality of product is better than pig iron for steelmaking. Economically the technology is with smallest capital investment to obtain largest production output, with lowest production cost to obtain highest economic profit. The technology has high degree of automation, the labor strength of workers is low, the working environment is good and the technology is environmentally friendly.

In the process, the coal gas generated as heat source is recycled.
